Permanent?!...or Not

WilliamsburgのBedford Ave.を歩いてたら、

ちょっと面白い物が目線に入りました。

何と、ワンちゃんに眉毛が書いてありました！

かわいそうとも思いましたが、

なんだか笑ってしまいました・・・笑

While walking up Bedford Ave, 

I came across a dog with eyebrows!

The owner must have used a permanent marker,

because another passerby stopped & mentioned 

that she had seen the dog the day before...

Poor doggy...but it was kind of funny to see...
